Contracted Driver Services (CDS) is a family of workers founded in 2001. A dynamic staffing agency specializing in the transportation and supply chain industries, and serving more than 500 clients across the United States.
In February CDS launched the F|Staff app, a marketplace technology created to bring the gig economy to truck driving. F|Staff eliminates the friction between carriers and drivers eliminating the truck driver shortage.
CDS is currently looking for a self-motivated professional to join our family of workers to help the Sales & Growth Team.

Source and build diverse pipelines and partnerships
Manage and report on sales funnel
Provide insights on market intelligence and sourcing
Assist carrier partners through technology adoption
Complete necessary research for prospect screening
Provide cross functional support for recruiting team
Responsibly represent the CDS brand
A positive energetic attitude, be a team player, and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Ability to foster and create relationships between driver staff and clients through written and oral communication techniques.
Must possess the skills and experience required to work in both individual and team atmospheres.
